2.The grievance of the petitioner in W.P.(MD).No.5308 of 2023, they must also be included in the above said Celebration of the temple festival for worshipping, for which, the learned counsel for the petitioner on record in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2834 of 2022 stated that he has no objection.
3.Let both of them file undertaking affidavit before the Inspector of Police, Dhalavaipuram Police Station, Virudhunagar District, to the effect that they will not make any trouble to each other in the celebration of the temple festival in Worshipping. On the basis of such undertakings, given by both parties, permission may be granted by the Inspector of Police, Dhalavaipuram Police Station, Virudhunagar District. 4.With the above said directions, the writ petition and well as the criminal original petition are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
