On the directions of this Court, Mr.N.Ebenesar, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Eraniel Police Station was present in this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that Pushpaleela (Respondent No.3) had not given any complaint against Thirumal to the Inspector of Police, Eraniel Police Station. However, the learned Counsel appearing for Pushpaleela submitted that she has given complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Kanyakumari District.

3. In view of the fact that there is no complaint pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Eraniel Police Station, this Criminal Original Petition for not to harass is closed. In the event of Pushpaleela giving a complaint to the Inspector of Police, Eraniel Police Station directly in person, the same shall be enquired into by calling Thirumal. During enquiry, Thirumal should not be harassed. This order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
