This Transfer Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.214 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District and transfer the same to any one of the Sub Court at Chennai.

2. It is represented by both sides that the parties have settled their disputes among themselves and they have entered into a "Joint Compromise Memo" which has been duly signed by both the parties and their respective counsel and in the said Joint Compromise Memo, they have also agreed to submit the decree for divorce before the Subordinate Court, Thirumangalam. A copy of the same has also been placed before this Court.

3. Recording the same, this Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo entered into between the parties and the said Joint Compromise Memo, shall form part of this order. The learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumagnalam, Madurai District shall take up the issue and dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.214 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
