O R D E R

The Inspector of Police, Eraniel Police Station was present before this Court on 12.06.2017. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the Auto Rickshaw bearing Registration No.TN-75-K-3099 is not in the police station. Therefore, this Court directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel to immediately go to the police station and check if the said Auto Rickshaw is available there.

2. The learned Judicial Magistrate went to the police station on 12.06.2017 and informed this Court that the said Auto Rickshaw is not available in the police station.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
