ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 05.12.2019, made in W.P.(MD)No.25893 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the interest amount payable to the petitioner was calculated and paid through ECS to the bank account of the petitioner.

3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has no objection insofar as the calculation made by the respondent corporation. Insofar as commutation of pension is concerned, the petitioner is disputing the calculation made by the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Employees Pension Fund Trust, as there is a huge difference.

4. The second respondent viz., the Administrator, Tamil Nadu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.(MD)No.499 of 2021 State Transport Corporation Employees Pension Fund Trust, is directed to furnish the calculation to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same.

5. With the above observation, this Contempt Petition is closed.
