ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to ensure the rights of the petitioner over the public graveyard, public water tabs, public pathway, public temple situated in Savagar Colony, Chinnagandhipuram, 1st Ward, Neikarapatti, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District and further to prevent any practice of untouchability being practiced against the petitioner and his family members by considering the representation, dated 20.02.2023 within a time that may be stipulated by this court.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned 2/4
Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the enquiry was undertaken by the Thasildar, Palani on the representation given by the petitioner and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the above said complaint is not true and he has also produced a copy of the enquiry report before this Court. He would further submit that there was some sort of previous issue between the petitioner and others and hence, on that account the representation has been made.
3. In the light of the above enquiry report, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
