O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to conclude the enquiry based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.01.2017.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that the respondent police issued a summon to the petitioner and the petitioner did not appear before the respondent police and he is not co-operating with the investigation. 3.The second respondent is directed to make one more attempt to issue a summon to the petitioner and in case of failure of the petitioner to appear before the respondents, an appropriate enquiry may proceed in accordance with law.
