ORDER
This case was filed for a direction to the respondent Police to file a final report.
2.The respondent Police have filed a report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur by stating that the case remains un-deducted. On that ground, a Closure report has been filed and RCS (Referred Charge Sheet) notice was also served on the petitioner. It is a settled law that the case which is in the stage of "un-detected", is only a stage under investigation and the investigation can never be closed on this account. Therefore, the respondent Police is directed to continue with the investigation in accordance with law.
