O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to grant permission to perform the programs such as Adal Padal Programme on 22.05.2018 at night 08.00 P.M. to 12.30.P.M. in Arulmigu Sri Karuppasamy Kovil is situated at Podaipatti, Keelvayal Post, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2018.

2.Heard Mr.T.Indrachithu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannidevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event in question. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate conditions as he deems it fit to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

ensure the law and order and peaceful conduct of the event. It is made clear that the "Adal Padal" programme shall not extend beyond 10.00 p.m.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
