: Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for the willful and deliberate disobedience to the orders of this Court made in W.P.(MD) No.156 of 2020, dated 06.01.2020.

ORDER

Alleging non-compliance of the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.156 of 2020, dated 06.01.2020, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the respondents submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with. Learned Counsel for the petitioner though endorsed the said submission, raised certain objection with regard to the calculation of interest for the commutation amount. Therefore, he prayed for a direction to the respondents to furnish the copy of the calculation memo arrived by them. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition stands closed. However, the respondents Corporation shall furnish a copy of the calculation memo arrived by them to the petitioner and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same, if so advised.
