ORDER

Seeking direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, to furnish the certified copy of the FIR, Charge Sheet and 161(3) of Cr.P.C., statements pertaining to C.C.No.234 of 2020, this criminal original petition is filed.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the copy application filed by the petitioner seems to have been returned and he also pointed that upon the Trial Court taking cognizance of the case, the petitioner is entitled, as a matter of right, to receive copies of the relevant documents from the learned Trial Court. 3.In view of the above, the petitioner is given liberty to file a copy application afresh without any defects and on receipt of the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, is directed to furnish the same within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of such copy application. 2/4

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
