This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order and decreetal order passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyur, in I.A.No.1518 of 2015 in O.S.No.19 of 2008, dated 27.11.2015.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to file a fresh Civil Revision Petition with the very same prayer. No costs.
