ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give the permission and adequate police protection for conducting festival from 04.04.2019 to 06.04.2019 in the eve of Perumal's Temple Panguni Festival at Keela Pachanampatti Village, Thiruthiyamalai Post, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2019.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.

The petitioner has made a representation dated 23.03.2019 to the respondents, to grant permission for the festival of Perumal's Temple Panguni Festival at Keela Pachanampatti Village, Thiruthiyamalai Post, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District, and since no order has been passed, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
4. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation within a week from today (28.03.2019) and on such representation, the concerned second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, within two weeks thereafter.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
