O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to file a final report after completion of investigation in Crime No.189 of 2017 pending on the file of the second respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.221 of 2016 on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 448, 323, 325, 354 and 307 IPC as against 8 named accused, till now no action has been taken to file a final report.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that within a period of two months, the respondent would be able to file a final report.

5. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No. 221 of 2016 and file a final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
