ORDER

This petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to take appropriate criminal action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.07.2025 acknowledged in C.S.R.No.293 of 2025.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent Police conducted an enquiry and closed the same.

3.However, the contention of the petitioner is that he was not called for any enquiry and that he has several documents to substantiate his allegations against the proposed accused. It is further submitted that the land in question does not belong to the proposed accused, who attempted to sell the property.

4.Recording the same, the respondent police are directed to reopen the enquiry, peruse the documents and proceed with the case in 2/4

accordance with law. If any cognizable offence is made out, appropriate steps shall be taken, including the registration of a case. The above said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
