ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.04.2019, this Court directed the lower Court to give a report regarding the stage of the suit. In response to the direction of this Court, a report was received from the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai stating that O.S.No.706 of 2015 is dismissed for default on 17.12.2018.

2.Recording the aforementioned report, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
