O R D E R

This petition has been filed to directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 10.08.2020 and to conduct enquiry and to take appropriate action in respect of the money cheating case committed by S.M.K.E owned by Saravanan.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondent police on 10.08.2020 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
