This Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No. 3974 of 2022 dated 15.02.2023 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Pudukkottai, cancelling the interim bail granted in Crl.M.P.No.3974 of 2022 dated 25.11.2022.
2. It is not in dispute that the petitioner was granted interim bail by the Principal Sessions Judge, vide order dated 25.11.2022, by imposing certain conditions, wherein, directed the petitioner to appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Aarani on all Court working days daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. and to appear and sign before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Aarani on all Court holidays at 10.30 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. until further orders. Despite of the stringent conditions, the petitioner has not chosen to comply with the directions even for single day and at the instance of the respondent police, the interim bail already granted was cancelled.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is having 7 previous cases.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that after passing the warrant, the petitioner moved this Court for anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3863 of 2023 and this Court, since the bail granted to the petitioner was cancelled, has dismissed the petition with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of cancellation of bail passed against him, in the manner known to law.
5. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the cancellation order. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the concerned Court and on surrender, if the petitioner files an application for bail, it is for the concerned Court to decide the same and pass orders. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
