ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 13.08.2025 in C.S.R. No. 426/2025 dated 08.11.2025 within the time as fixed by this Court. 1/4

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that there was a transaction between the petitioner and the other buyer, hence, the complaint has been closed.

3. The specific allegation of the petitioner is that certain persons have committed theft. In the meanwhile, the petitioner had sold his industry to one Mohamed Ismail, conveying only the land and not the machinery attached to it. Subsequently, the said Mohamed Ismail sold the same to one Durai Murugan, who, without informing or obtaining permission from the petitioner, opened the premises and removed all the articles, hence, the complaint.

4. Therefore, the respondents are directed to re-enquire into the matter, and if any cognizable offence is made out, they shall proceed in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
