ORDER
The petitioner complains interference by the respondent police in the civil dispute, which is now pending between her and her neighbour Sahubarnisha in O.S.No.38 of 2015 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Tirumangalam.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the neighbour, who is the defendant in the suit, with the aid of the respondent police is interfering with the petitioner's right over the suit property, with regard to which a civil suit is pending.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that there is no interference whatsoever in the ongoing civil litigation and added that even on the complaint preferred by the petitioner's husband Shajahan, the respondent police hold an enquiry and directed him to approach the civil Court. He would further submit that there wont be any interference by the respondent police.

5. The said statement is recorded. Therefore, nothing survives in the present petition and hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
