3. On perusal of the impugned order, it is seen that the petitioner has been transferred from the Office of the Block Development Officer, Ramanathapuram to the Office of the Chairman, Panchayat Union. Both the offices are situated in one and the same campus. Now, the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the said transfer order. Transfer is incidence of service.

4. The petitioner appears to have sought a luxurious relief, as he has been transferred just within the same campus, but under a different controlling officer. In such circumstance, I do not find any reason to invoke the writ jurisdiction.

5. In view of the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
