This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that in this case, based on the complaint given by one Subbulakshmi, enquiry was conducted and thereafter the same was closed on 22.02.2017 and therefore, personal appearance of the petitioner is not at all required by the respondent police. He produced the copy of the closure report.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
