O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.12.2016.

2. Heard both sides and perused the documents placed before this Court.

3. On reading of the petition and CSR copy, it is seen that the accused names are different and petition and CSR copy are not related to each other.

4. In the complaint in page No.1 it is stated that one Saravanakumar, S/o Jeyaraman, Amutha and Revathy scolded the defacto complainant with filthy language and Saravanakumar pushed her and attacked with stick and one Manikandan also scolded her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and tried to attack her. But in the CSR receipt, Kaliyappan, Murugayee and Kanniyammal are shown as accused.

5. In view of the said contradiction, this Court is of the opinion that the present petitioner has not come with clean hands. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
