This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue a legal heirship certificate by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 13.03.2021.
2. Heard Mr.S.Seenivasan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.A.Balakrishnan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent.
3. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be 2/4
a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 13.03.2021 and make an enquiry with all the interested parties and shall take a decision with regard to the issuance of legal heirship certificate within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if no decision has been taken till date.
