ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records in Crime No. 487 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police, quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent represented that the investigation was already completed and the charge sheet was also filed and the same is pending for taking cognizance by the Trial Court. Even as per the FIR, there are some allegations to constitute the offence. Therefore, at this stage, this petition is liable to be dismissed.

3. Since the present petition is filed to quash the FIR and already charge sheet has been filed, it is for the petitioner to challenge the final report. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed by preserving the liberty of the 2/4

petitioner to challenge the final report. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
