By virtue of filing this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to recover a sum of 2/6

Rs.1,50,000/- from the fifth respondent's salary and pay the same to the petitioner as compensation for the monetary loss and mental agony caused to the petitioner due to the immoral activities of the 5th respondent committed on 14.01.2023, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 21.01.2023. 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the fifth respondent during her regular surveillance on 14.01.2023, had confiscated the sugarcane bundles kept in front of the petitioner's shop without any reason, thereby causing loss to the petitioner. Hence, the present petition.

3.The issue in the present case as to whether the petitioner is entitled for compensation or not or whether the petitioner has undergone mental agony or not are all aspects which needs to be adjudicated before the civil court. The petitioner claims that he is in possession of evidences to substantiate his claim and therefore, seeks for disposal of his representation dated 21.01.2023. 4.This Court is of the opinion that the aforesaid aspects cannot be adjudicated in Writ jurisdiction. Thus the respondents cannot be directed to grant any compensation. Hence, this Court 3/6

grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil Court for redressal of his grievance.

5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
