This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent and his officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that in this case, petition enquiry was conducted and thereafter the same was closed and therefore, personal appearance of the petitioner is not at all required by the respondent police. He produced the copy of the closure report before this Court.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
