This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from recovering the incentive increment which was sanctioned to the petitioner for possessing higher educational qualification M.Phil from the year 2009 to 2016 by considering the petitioner representation dated 11.12.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and carefully perused the entire materials available on record. 3.When the matter was called up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that already order has been passed by the respondents on 05.11.2022 with respect to the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
