ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. 2.The present Civil Revision Petition is filed by the tenant against the order of eviction passed by the Courts below. 3.At the time of hearing of the Civil Revision Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/tenant will vacate the premises, if one year time is granted. The learned counsel for the petitioner is ready and willing to file an affidavit of undertaking to that effect. 4.The learned counsel for the respondent/landlord objected for granting one year time.

5.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner filed an affidavit of undertaking stating that he is ready to vacate the petition premises and deliver the vacant possession to the respondent, within three months from today. counsel for the petitioner and the respondent submitted that if the petitioner fails to hand-over the key on the date of completion of three months time, it is open to the respondent to take delivery with the help of police. The same is recorded. Three months time is granted from today to the petitioner to vacate and deliver the vacant possession to the respondent. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
