2. Mr.S.Ravi, learned Standing counsel appearing for the State would submit that the detenu was murdered by her own husband, mother-in-law and brother-in-law about two years ago and hence, the case has been altered and now they have been secured and sent to jail.

3. Recording the above statement, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
