ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, to expedite the trial in I.A.No.76 of 2023 in NDN.No.52 of 2023 (SA) and dispose the same within a time frame.

By order dated 15.03.2023, we had directed the Debts Recovery Tribunal to dispose of the application as prayed for by the petitioner. Unfortunately, for the petitioner, the Debts Recovery Tribunal has dismissed his application. Thus, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the said order in the manner known to law, this Writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
