ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime.No.220 of 2020 registered on the file of the Thiruppachethi Police Station, Sivagangai District, for the offences under Section 379 IPC.

2. The defacto complainant has decided to forgive the petitioners herein, considering the age of the petitioners. The petitioners are aged 20 and 18. They give an undertaking before this Court they will conduct themselves properly in future and they will never fall foul of law.
