O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2025 to take appropriate action on the same and further to grant police protection. 2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the subject property and he obtained building permission and started construction work. While so, one Saravanan, Nagarajan, Sekar and Vadivelu attempted to disturb the petitioner's construction work stating vague allegations of encroachment, therefore, the petitioner lodged the complaint dated 29.12.2023, for which C.S.R.No.26 of 2024 has been registered on 13.01.2024 and the said private persons were warned and also their statements were also recorded. Now again they demanded money and distrubing the construction, hence the petitioner sent the representation, dated 25.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that already the petitioner sent the representation, dated 13.01.2024 and the same was closed after elaborate enquiry. Now once again the petitioner sent the present complaint with the same set of allegations and the same is under consideration and the same will be considered and disposed of within a period of one week. 4.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider the representation and the second respondent also admitted the receipt of the petitioner's representation, he is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 25.02.2025, within a period of one week in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 06.03.2025 Internet :Yes Index :Yes/No NCC :Yes/No LR 3/5
