This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to give police protection for life and limb of the petitioner family members and his property in Survey No.136, Patta No.50, 458, 460 situated at Andipatti Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District, based on the representation dated 22.01.2021.

2. On previous occasion (i.e.,) 14.06.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken by assigning https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P(MD).No.4745 of 2021 C.S.R.No.136 of 2021 and after enquiry, it was closed on 26.03.2021. Since there was no representation for the petitioner, the case was posted on 24.06.2021 under the caption "for dismissal".

3. Today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed as default.
