Side) on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ instructions submitted that in this case, petition enquiry was conducted and thereafter the same was closed and therefore,
personal appearance of the petitioners is not at all required by the respondent police. He produced the copy of the closure report before this Court.
