This petition has been filed by the petitioner to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner herein before the Court of Judicial Magistrate in connection with S.T.C.No.39 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, Theni District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners has endorsed as follows: "The petitioner is willing to withdraw the present criminal petition and prays for liberty to approach the Commissioner of Labour for compounding the offence under Section 32 A of the Act".

4. In view of the abovesaid endorsement, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Commissioner of Labour for compounding the offence under Section 32 A of the Act. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P.(MD) Nos.1655 and 1656 of 2017 are also dismissed.
