This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation of the case in Crime No.532 of 2014 and to lay the final report within a stipulated time.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.
3. Though the case was registered three years back, there is no progress.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case was earlier closed after enquiry. Further, by proceedings of the Higher Police Officer, the case was reopened and the matter is now pending for finalisation of final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
