[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenues, namely, V.Sowmya, aged 27 years wife of T.Vijayakumar and Dhanvik son of T.Vijayakumar aged 1-1/2 years, before this Court and set them at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.483 of 2021 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the first detenue appeared before this Court along with the second detenu through video conferencing from the Public Prosecutor's Office. On enquiry, she would state that in view of the matrimonial dispute, now she has decided to stay with her parents and there is no possibility for reunion.

3.Recording the above said statement, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
