ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct the Kumbabisekam to the Maharshi Manthani Amman Temple on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 03.06.2021.

2.For the purpose of issuing a direction, the Joint Commissioner/Executive Officer, HR & CE Department, Suchindram Post, Kanyakumari District is suo motu impleaded by this Court today as 3rd respondent.

W.P.(MD) No.5680 of 2022 3.Mr.K.Sathiya Singh, learned counsel, who takes notice for the 3rd respondent, submits that the petitioner's representation will be considered within 4 weeks.

4.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent, who has been suo motu impleaded today, the representation of the petitioner dated 03.06.2021 is directed to be considered and disposed of by the 3rd respondent within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition stands disposed of, in terms of the above observation. No costs.
