ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction seeking early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.276 of 2004 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Thoothukudi.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. The revision petitioners, who are the defendants 5 and 6, have filed the suit in O.S.No.276 of 2004 for the relief sought for in the plaint.

4. From the perusal of 'B' Diary, it is seen that the matter has been kept pending for more than four years by virtue of stay granted by this Court in C.M.P.No.7115 of 2005 in C.R.P.No.9390 of 2005. Even thereafter, the suit has been adjourned in view of the Interlocutory Applications filed by the parties. As the suit was filed originally in the year 2000 and numbered as O.S.No.128 of 2000 and thereafter, it was re-numbered as O.S.No.276 of 2004, which was pending for 1-1/2 decades, hence, this Court desirous of giving a direction to the trial Court to dispose of all the Interlocutory Applications pending in O.S.No.276 of 2004 on or before 30th April, 2015 without seeking further extension of time. Thereafter, the suit in O.S.No.276 of 2004 has to be disposed of before 31st October, 2015 and report compliance to this Court.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
