The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the investigation is pending from the year 2015, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
