This Civil Revision petition is filed to set aside the order passed in I.A.No.1083 of 2014 in O.S.No.203 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sivakasi, dated 17.11.2014.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit itself has been disposed of by the trial Court and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
