This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case on basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.06.2016 and investigate the case accordance with law.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and the same has been closed.

4. Recording the submission made, this petition is closed. The 2nd respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
