ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.159 of 2016 within a time period stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on 02.01.2016 itself the above said case was closed as mistake of fact. But so far, it was not presented before the concerned Court. No notice was served upon the defacto complainant.

3. Let the above said notice be served upon the defacto complainant, so that he can work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings.
