This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction seeking early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.185 of 2011 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The revision petitioner, who is the plaintiff, has filed the suit in O.S.No.185 of 2011 for the relief sought for in the plaint.

4. From the perusal of 'B' Diary, it is seen that the matter has been kept pending for more than three years, adjourning the case for one reason or another, without any further progress. Hence, this Court desirous of giving a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.185 of 2011 on or before 31st August, 2015.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
