RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8717 of 2018 dated 23.05.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.SELVAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioners have filed this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition seeking relaxation of the condition earlier imposed on them. In the relaxation petition, a wrong representation has been made as if they have been complied with the condition regularly.
