This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of Sathiyaseelan, S/o.Raj.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State, who submitted that on the complaint given by one Sathiyaseelan, a petition enquiry in CSR No.230 of 2016 has been conducted and the same has been subsequently closed on 08.12.2016.
