ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to expedite investigation and file final report in Crime No.151 of 2015 within the time limit to be fixed by this Court.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that investigation is almost over and therefore, the second respondent requires one month time to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.151 of 2015.
4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report before the Court concerned within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
