Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 27.02.2019 to suspend the management and to appoint the special officer to rectify the illegalities and to administrate the college with the time fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Writ petitioner.

2. The petitioner claims to be a general body member of the fourth respondent society. He has given a representation dated 27.02.2019 seeking certain reliefs against the fourth respondent. He wants this Court to direct the authorities to pass orders on his representation.

3. This Court can take judicial note of the fact that recently a special general body meeting was convened and certain momentous decisions with regard to change of office bearers were taken. Therefore, the petitioner must have mobilized the members on his side and demonstrated his strength in the general body meeting. He must have demanded the changes which he is now seeking before this Court only before the general body. The Writ petitioner cannot opt for the easy and lazy route of filing a representation and asking for its disposal. The democratic process cannot be short-circuited in this fashion.
