ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice) Petition dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal. If an application is filed within two weeks, delay, if any, shall be deemed to have been condoned.

2. Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that petitioner has already paid major portion of the loan amount and according to petitioner, outstanding is only about Rs.10 lakhs.

3. Counsel states that petitioner is ready and willing to amicably settle with the bank. Counsel states, within a week, petitioner will address a communication to the bank with copy to the bank's Advocate making offer to settle and seek one time settlement.

4. Counsel for bank states that if such letter is received, bank will consider it in the best interest of bank.

5. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
